I'm getting this code on my 02 neon which is a power steering sensor. Can anyone tell me how to repair this I,ve had it reset but it keeps coming back.

 

I would say replace the power steering sensor. Reseting the codes isn't going to do anything until you fix what is causing the problem.

The power steering pressure sensor is usually located on the pressure line. However, for the Neons' it appears its located on the steering gear.
The following schematic is off a 2000 Neon, let me know if yours is any differant.
