Hello All!

I have 2 issues going on in my 2001 Durango right now - however I don't believe they are related.

First - at times the low fan setting won't blow air at all. Short? If so, where should I start? The switch?

Second - when you change the vent setting (face, foot, defrost, etc), I can hear the motor turning that is supposed to change the dampers in the duct but it doesn't change where the air blows. How easy is it to find this damper tha moves around so I can inspect it - and how do I get to it?
