Right turn signal will come on but won't blink. I have checked the fuse it is ok, and I have changed the bulbs on the right side to no avail. The left side blinks correctly. Does anybody have an idea why the right side does not work?

i asked my grandpa this question, thinking he would know it since he works on all my families cars. he said in the past he has purchaed the correct model bulbs (usually made overseas) and they will do the same thing, stay on, but not flash, and he would just replace them and it would be fine. (i assume you have bought the right model of bulb) he said it could also be corrosion in the socket, maybe a ground problem. (and there might be some far less likely things too) i dont know how much this will help you or anything.

The problem is definatly a lack of continuity.Without a return path for the voltage to make a complete run (like a filament gone in a bulb or the flasher not funtioning, or the bulb incorrectly installed) it will not work. The studs on the side of the bulbs are often offset so it will seat all the way down in the socket only one way , if that doent work try a new flasher, there cheap to try.

HOpe this helps ya , Merry Christmas !
