Truck won't start?!
I went out to start the truck a little early before work the other day to let it idle and it wouldn't crank. Its a 318 new jasper motor with a holly carb. Truck started fine the night before and i have never really had much of a problem before, other than it being cold natured. Well i went to start it, in cranked up, reved up then started bogging down about to stall out. I started to feather the gas and it came to life for a mintue then died completely. I assumed i must have flooded it and left it alone for the hours. Came back and now it won't crank. I don't see any fuel getting to the carb, and when i let the starter crank for a few seconds, all i smell is fuel and i notice its trickling off the bottom of the engine. Could it be the choke is stuck open? If so..where is the choke located? Any help would be appreciated.
