need help
ne suggestions on how to get stuborn spark plug wires off of plugs? besides pullin hard! and im replacing the plugs and wires so it doesnt matter if the wire gets messed up
Long needle nose pliers, spray wd40 into the boot area after you yank the wire out of the boot and grab it while twisting the boot. SHould free itself relatively easy. Worked for me many times.
Also if you have an x-acto knife, you could slice teh boot from teh base of teh plug to the top if you can reach it.

in the past i went with the pull like hell method. the wire frayed apart, lol. so i ended up extracting them anyhow with needlenose. luckily it was an older cavalier where the plugs are close to the top, not burried within.
grab ahold of the boot as low as you can and twist left to right to break it free... then it should pop off. another suggestion would be to insert a pick tool down the boot where the wire goes in and squirt some wd40 down there then twist...
