Ack, '93 Grand Caravan won't start!
First, and primary issue, my van won't start!
It's a 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan.
I started it a while ago, ran for about 5 seconds, then died.
The ignition switch is doing -nothing-. Other than the response for having a key in (dinging when door open), nothing is happening for any possition.
Radio doesn't turn on, hear fan will not go, no clicks, no nothing. (Much like dead battery)
I pulled both harness's, and they apear to be powered, but I don't know what the pins should be.
I pulled the actual ignition switch assembly, and tested the pins, each possition is making connections.
All my fuses are in good order, so I'm at a loss, and all the mechanics/parts places or closed.
Also, for when I do get the danged thing running, it runs a little bit rough. (Exhaust is quite strong), I'm getting around 11.5 Litres per 100k, which I think is a little high for highway. Plugs, oil, ignition wires air filter, etc have all been changed. Might there be something up with the comp, or maybe just a bad O2 sensor? (My exhaust leaks a little too)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
