'06 parking light function ?

'06 parking light function ?
My parking, fog, & gauge cluster lights went out after adding some accessories (driving lites, APC corner lights). Driving lites work correctly. I did short the + battery once hooking up a ground for a half a second.
Verified fuses - none burnt.
No function at all with running lites. I am 99% sure all my hookups are correct and less < 2 weeks old. There is power at the RT / LT lites in the fuse box. Everything else seems to function correctly.
1. So does this run through a fuse ?
2. Is this the correct fuse ? If not which is ?
3. Are there other fuse locations on this truck other than under hood ?
4. Other suggestions ?
