I replaced my front brake pads and now my brakes are not working properly. It acts like there was air in the system even though I never even crack open the hydraulic system. I have a nice firm pedal when the car is not started but when I start the car the pedal drops a little like it should but it feels soft and slowly sinks to the floor so I went and bled the brakes ...still the same. I though maybe when I collapsed the calipers that something happened to the master cylinder. So I replaced that...still the same? I bled the brakes very well both times and the brakes work just the same as just after the pad replacement before I open up the hydraulic system. Could it be my ABS bleeding off the pressure for some reason?
