Greetings...

A friend of mine is having whoas with his car overheating. When asked (I have not personally verified, he lives a ways away)... he's replaced the thermostat already, and says that coolant is flowing through the system. The system is not leaking. He says that the fan is not coming on.

I'm not familiar with this engine, nor its systems. He said that it's the 3.3 V6. I'm guessing that it's either a fan switch, or a sensor to trigger the switch. Is there a microfiche available to help track it down? He has not obtained a manual... and I don't have one for his vehicle. I'd like to have a little bit of information I can look over before I trek up his way to see whether I can help him out with it.
