'96 Avenger speedo & tach not working

'96 Avenger speedo and tach not working. I swapped with a working cluster and still not working. Can I get a wiring diagram and/or advice on problem?

the fuel gauge works. the tach, speedometer, temp gauge, and oil pressure gauge do not work.
