Engine light on code P0404

Default Engine light on code P0404
My engine light is on and the code is P0404 which is Exhaust gas Recirculatioin Circuit range/Performance. What is it? How do I fix it?

POSSIBLE CAUSES

[*](K34) EGR sensor signal circuit open[*](K34) EGR sensor signal circuit shorted to voltage[*](K35) EGR solenoid control circuit shorted to voltage[*](K900) Sensor ground circuit open[*]EGR solenoid assembly[*]PCM[/ul]
