Currently i have a 50 series 3 chamber flowmaster on my hemi. the exhaust is dumped right after the muffler. dont yell at me but.... i want it quieter. Can i simply have the muffler guy weld a pipe extension and tip out to the back behind my tire or will that not make much difference?

also, any good ideas on a different muffler? i was thinkin of gettin a magnaflow to replace it, either that or saving for the borla catback ( although im told its not a good idea to buy a full cat back at what the retailer asks for it ) PLEASE HELP

 

Ill sell you a 1 in 2 out Gibson muffler for the Hemi. I took it off mine because it wasnt loud enough. My friend has a flowmaster and his was alot louder than my gibson.

 

are the gibson mufflers all stainless steel, and is it just the muffler that you have? still gotta look around and price them but if there are no defects or rust ill take it into consideration. THANKS!!

 

Running the exhaust all the way out will lessen the sound inside.

 

I think im gonna head to the muffler shop this week and just get extra pipe and a tp put on behind the rear tire. guess its not too expensive of an experiment. wish me luck.
