Does anyone have headers on a Ram with the 318? I was wanting to put some on mime and wanted to know if there worth the money. LMK

 

It's not mine, put my buddy's Ram has Mopar Performance Headers on his 318 and it made a big differance... I have Edel Ceramic Shorty Headers On my 360... big differance too. LOL! Both truck can be seen at my site...

I will check out your site. Another question that I have is that my truck has a new high flow cat with 3in pipe going inot dual 2.5 pipes out the back. How will the headers perform with this type of exhaust setup? The truck is loud as it is, but will the headers make it any louder? The headers that your buddy has did he or she put them on or have a shop do it? One more question I have is about the Fastman TB you are pushing. How does these perform on a 318? Thanks for your time and answering my questions.

 

Seeing as how you have the exhaust set up already you will see better gains from the headers than if you had stock exhaust. The sound will increase about as much as it did when you put on the high flow cat.

As for the TB, it is a great mod and works will with the headers. The TB lets more air into the motor and the headers let more out!!

 

I saw in another post on this board that you suggest the mopar headers. Where do you buy these from? I went to the dodge site, but all you can look at is things for the new trucks.

The Mopar Headers are one of the best you can get!! But they will cost alot!!

You can get them from the dealer.....but if you go to www.krcperformance.com the PPH headers they have are pretty much the same, and a LITTLE less
