Same old fight
I did research and looked up previous threads so I hope I don't step on anybody's toes by asking again.
I want an exhaust for my 2004 Ram QC HEMI. The muffler shop I took it to wants to do a true dual Borla setup with H-pipe. Normally a great setup.
I hear HEMI's can't handle a drop or sometimes even a change in backpressure. T or F?
Would having a smaller diameter pipe save my performance? If so, what would you suggest?
Should I say "BLEEP you", I'm buying a catback kit and doing it myself?
I want to at least keep my performance, get a good rumble when getting on it, but no droning that will rattle my head loose.
Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Borla?
Does anyone know a company or shop that could answer my questions over the phone. (i.e. specializes in Rams and HEMI's) I'll call ANYWHERE for a straight freakin answer. Please help!
