40 series equivalent for 50 series flowmaster
i have the Flowmaster American Thunder System #17179 and want to replace the suplied 50 series with a 40 series. what model number would fit my system?

You can purchase a 40 series with the same inlet/outlet size and position and then simply add a 4" peice to make up the difference between the 50 (23" overall) and 40 (19" overall) series.[sm=smiley2.gif]
