I wouldn't think it would be different between the 1500 and the 2500's... and I know that the overhead console was available in the 1500 model for that year... so I'm sure it was for the 2500 too.

was it available in 2002 1500??

 

I have an '02 SLT. It came with the SLT package. Trip computer and compass. Im not sure if the wiring harness hookups are buried somewhere on the ones that didnt come with it.

 

mines got one too. you might be lucky and find a harness somewhere up there. I dont have the fog lights but all the wiring is in for them so they might use one common loom.

I usually have mine set on compass and temp. if im really low on gas ill turn it estimated Kilometers left.

but most of it is pretty worthless unless your absolutely fanatical about every mile driven and how much gas it used and how long it took.

 

We know it was in them on the 1500's and we have have a 3500 at work with one, so I'd say for sure they had them in 2500's
