I'm kind of curious how this painted interior looks. There has been quite a few people who have wanted to do this. Does it eventually crackle or get sticky? What happens if you scratch it? Does it look original? Does it have a glare? Post pics if possible.

Go to a car show where they have ricer cars. You can't miss it. Walmart i noticed, sells plastic paint by Krylon.

 

the only time ive seen this is on ricers, or on people with a dash like mine...it is sort of a ribbed surface, and alot of people sand them and paint them one smooth color...my gauge pillar is sanded and smoothed, but it was like that when i got it.

 

Grab a few car mags or go to a store or library and thumb through them. Go to a car stereo shop and check out the shop demo cars. Some shops even sponsor "sound-offs" and check out the cars. Ask the owners, most are more than willing to brag hahahaha.

Haven't been to a car show in a long time.

It doesn't look half bad besides the Chevy.

Ricers do it indeed. I have proof...because I am one. But I'm doin it with style...not just painting everything I see like some do.
