Now my airbag light is on on my dash. I called the dealership, and he is flipping thru the pages in the repair manual, and he said i either have to buy a new computer or replace the seats with air bag seats-which there are none to be found in our area?

(the original air bag seats were swapped out at the wreckers place it "fix the ripped ones" but in reality, he stole the air bag units out of the seats and sold us regular seats-with airbag light on.)

I was wondering if i could close the circut under the seat to fix the light?
