Default 93 Grand Cherokee Limited

hello all.. i have and oldie... but good truck.. just a few problems.. i have a 93 grand cherokee limited.. 5.2 mpi all time 4x4 .. question is this.. if i have to turn the jeep.. and turn the wheel all the way.. it seems to bind.. one tire will actually slide and not turn like its supposed too.. it does it no matter whether i turn right or left.. and does it worse if im backing up.. and i mean alot worse.. also.. when i hit the brakes.. they squeel.. and it feels like my rotors are warped.. i checked them.. and they look fine.. pads look fine.. could it be i have a messed cv axle? maybe moving? hence the loud brakes.. and the hopping.. ? any input would be great.. thanks in advance...

If you haven't figured it out yet, that's your center differential's viscous coupling that has failed.
