Cooling an engine, particularly when you are "mud bogging" is going to require more than what is stock. You are looking at a 160 degree stat (run 180 water temperature) and i would put in the largest aluminum radiator that will fit. Then add a flex a lite electric fan, ditch the stock fan. Then do something with the water pump if you can (ask flowcooler) and then end of cooling problems. Also, if you have a/c - mount fans in front of the a/c condensor as "pushers".

a 160 deg t-stat will toss a code... stick with a 180 t-stat. adding the pusher fan in front would also help.
