Yeah actually. My mom just had surgery, so I'm stuck in Florida full time, caring for her for about 2 months. No money coming in for anything major, so I am kinda just tinkering. Since I already had the lights from off my truck, this was an under $25 project and kept me busy for a day or so...

Well it looks good. I try to keep myself from those projects for fear that it will look like I was actually bored!

Side Note:
Last night the wife and I were cruisin around town in her Acura, windows down, moonroof open. For the first time in a long time, I missed my TJ. Nights like last night were my favorite. I would usually drop the top, go get gas and a soda, pop in favorite CD, and drive....

ah man....

Know what you mean! It's been 8 years now since I sold my '94 YJ, longest period of my life since I was old enough to get a license that I've been without a short wheelbase, off-road 4x4. I've had an '83 CJ, '89 Dodge Raider and the '94 YJ...

The Raider was an under rated little Mitsubishi made SUV, actually bought it new off the lot and had it 9 years and had 138k miles on it when I sold it...

I think I have seen the Raider before. The wife has been wanting a four seater Side-by-Side. I did too for a moment, but after the conversion and a long arm kit, your looking at 20k, or 15k if you buy used already done. Hell, I can buy a 97-2000 TJ lifted, winched and possibly locked for that. So after we buy a new trailer, I think a Jeep is due.

I found a 94 YJ with 1200 miles and 350 in it, not running, but incl. are the parts to finish it and get it running. He wanted 4500 for it here in cali. Man that would be a cool project!

YES!!! I have seen those, I know exactly what they are! They always remind me of the Suzuki Samuri. My dad has always wanted one of those stupid little things. lol

Yep basically a Samauri but with an available 3.0 V6 for a little more oomph!

I loved mine actually,I had a full size truck of one brand or another most of the time I had it, so the small size was never an issue.
