Default Tune-up for wife's 08 GC

My father-in-law and I are going to tune up the wife's Jeep 2008 GC this weekend.

It has the 3.7l engine. (I know, even she now wishes she bought a HEMI after I bought the RAM, haha)

Other then plugs, and what should I use? NGK copper?

What else should we do that can be done in the driveway/garage with basic hand tools?

Thanks.

Well that all depends on what's due to be done based on mileage, when it was done last, etc.

filters could be changed, engine oil, differential fluid, tranny fluid if it's due, kind of hard to do a tire rotation in the drive, but you should check tire air pressure. Clean the throttle body.
The 3.7, 4.7 & 5.7 all seem to run best on standard copper plugs. I use Champion, but NGK are fine.

I usually Sea Foam the crankcase, intake and add a bottle to the gas tank at tune up time. If you don't go thru all that, then I'd at least dump a bottle of your favorite fuel injector cleaner in the gas.
