Default Possibly getting a jeep

So i grew up with jeeps (dad had 2 cherokees, 92 and 99, grandfather had a 89 comanchee truck, aunt has had 2 libertys etc.) right now ive got a 2wd 98 ram. just put over 2 grand into it new tires and steering etc. there is still a huge list of things wrong with it, plenum etc (broke stuff playing in the dunes at the beach). Its not my daily driver anymore (just a money pit) but ive been throwing around the idea of trading/selling it and getting a 4X4 cherokee or hardtop wrangler with a 4.0l. I have a set of 17x10 5x5.5 baja champ rims with brand new falken wildpeak 33x12.5s and I want to keep em. My question is what jeep would they fit/ what mods would be needed? for some reason I remember my dads cherokees being 5X5.5 lug pattern.

I've had a few Jeep products: J10 Pickup, two Wranglers, three Grand Cherokees and a Liberty which were the ex's daily drivers and my current '02 Grand Cherokee Overland.

Not a single Jeep product I'm aware of uses a 5 on 5.5" lug pattern, but here is a handy guide:

I know this is a 4 month old thread, but...older jeeps like wagoneer and cj models did have the 5x5.5 lug pattern. The cherokee line had 5x4.5 lug pattern. You can buy spacers to mount the wheels, just keep in mind that they are salty...running about $150 a pair..
