I'm waiting for approval from the city before I do anything to it yet. And it may take awhile........

We have four Grands in our family a 97 (being built) a 00, and two 04s. That 4.0s a die hard motor.

If it has over 120,000 that's okay those motors will go to 250,000 no problem, but what you will get into are.

A set of wheel bearings, more than likely water pump, radiator, new hoses, serp belt, and thermostat.

The 4.0 loves water pumps, all of this stuff is fairly easy to fix. If you have any questions feel free to cal or PM me, I do quite a bit of wrenching on these things.
