99 jeep 4.7 camshaft

99 jeep 4.7 camshaft same with 03 Durango 4.7 ? because my cylinder head on my 99 jeep is bad ,and I install cylinder head from 03 Durango, engine run but no power, no code found. Would your guys he.I thinking because not right camshaft
