Can someone with a 96 owners manual tell me what the fuse marked RAD/HVAC goes to or protects. It is #20 on the panel cover, but don't have an owners manual. Chiltons doens't show it, in fact shows the fuse box on the driver side. Mine is on the passenger side. Fuse blows every time I put one in so have a short but don't have a clue where to look. Please help. By the way got it started, but won't start without this fuse.
