wheel and tire fitment

Have a 2005 Dakota SLT with 16 in wheels 265/70R16 tires, have a good opportunity to purchase a set of 2014 Sahara wheels 18 ich with 255/70R18 tires on them Will these fit? new to dodge trucks thanks for any advice
