I have a 93 2 door cherokee. paid $600 for a bone stock running 4x4 5 spd 4.0 jeep and drove it for a couple months before pulling it in to the back yard and stripping every part under the body.

before

now it has a 115" wheelbase 5-7" lift? waggy leaf springs up front, d44 ford 9", 5.13s detroits 38/14.50/15 tsl's on 15/10 steel. still needs drive shafts and brake lines and ALOT more cutting. Cutting to right below that middle body line.

Soon as its driving again i will get some vinyl windows trimmed out for the back 3 just like my last xj had. They will have snaps for easy removal. Removable doors is a must.

Is that a light coming out of the fender, or some type of breather??

yep, it's a light. cut a hole and sunk in a box so they are pretty flush with the body. will help light up the areas just outside the head light range, for night wheelin. wheel a cherokee with the doors off at night and you will see the need for them, and i thought they looked cool.

That's pretty original. I like that idea better than having A-pillar lites. But then I'm always up for anything stealth. If I can drum up the courage to hack holes in the fender I might steal that idea. I almost cried when I knew that the front fenders had to be chopped & it was real tough to consider drilling to add the rear quarter armor ... let alone more cutting. Hmmm ... we'll see ...

What about water affecting the light?

MOPWR2U.......My buddy just bought an SRT as well! He loves it! Not very off road capable, but then, he has a new Wrangler Unlimited for that anyway!

Nice looking rig! You plan on taking it to the track?

For everyone.............update on my Wrangler. This pic is from my last outing.
