The link below, shows you the part number for a kit you should get for your Jeep.
Upper head Gasket kit
Since you will already have to take the other stuff off, don't just get the head gasket. This kit comes with a new head gasket + all of the other gaskets you'll have to remove to get to the head gasket. This is commonly known as a "Top End Job." I would recommend getting a Haynes or Chilton Manual for your vehicle and it will walk you through how to change a head gasket. It's really not that hard, but can be time consuming. On the link I gave you, I did not have all of your vehicle info, so I guessed. You can go back and change what is incorrect at the top of the page just before the part listing. I am pretty sure it will be the same part though.

With that mileage I would replace the head while it's off with one with less miles, or have a valve job done. It's not that much cash for a used head, and even a machine shop wouldn't be but a few hundred.
im just now in the process of putting the heep back together...and it now has 210,000 miles....i just changed the gaskets...a few hundred is kinda hard for us to come by lately...we spent 55 bucks on a gasket set and are now broke...so its just gonna have to last for now..eventually we will just junk it or get a new motor...but thanks anyways
