2000 GC headlights

I just got a 2000 GC and I can barely see the light bulbs through all the "haze" or whatever it is called. What can I use to take this mess off? Thanx for your help.

Permatex makes a kit. You can see it at the link below. You can probably pick it up at your local autozone just as cheap though.

Mine do not look to good either, but at closer look it appears to be the inside!! I checked out EBay, you can get complete replacements for $100 shipped, not to bad.
