How would I program a replacement remote for a factory remote key fob. Do I need a Factory programer if so what is it called and h9ow do I get one. I also need to program the transponder keys when the key is lost. (newer Dodge/chrysler)

DRB3 and SKIM code is needed

The DRB3 is around $5,000 last I heard, That's the Dealer scan tool
