The oils pressure sensor got knocked off when I was changing the oil filter, how much is this going to cast to get fixed?

On what? Your Neon? Why would you ask on a Jeep forum?
I guess it will cost whatever the mechanic charges you to fix it. I could be wrong though.....

No Im sorry, I forgot to mention it was on my brothers jeep cherokee. And I went to the dealer and bought the new part for 60 dollars and put it on so it is no longer an issue.
