Car: 1989 Dodge Aries LE 2.2L Non-Turbo EFI

Problem: As i was replacing the old valve cover seal cause of a oil leak the front right bolt snapped right off as i was taking it out.. it clear broke off and i need some sugestions as to wut to do.. its still in the top of the block and i cant get it out.. is there any way to get it out? if not im screwed as its the only car i have..
