We have a 93 and a 91 Shadow the 93 (mine) when you turn the lights on (parking or head lights) the left turn signal arrow lights up. When you turn it on the arrow lights up brighter but no blinking, also the front bumper light (very front not side) goes out completely while on. The right works fine and the 4-ways work fine, except the front left light doesnt blink at all. On the 91 the arrow just lights up and doesnt blink at all, it just started doing this i checked all the bulbs and they look fine..Im thinking bad flash unit? If anyone knows anything about this please lemme know. Oh by the way I added blinker fluid...IT DIDNT HELP!!! J\K lmao had to do it.

 

It's either a bulb, or your relay went bad. Relays are about $6 at your local auto parts store, and to locate the relay, just look at the fuse panel.
