94 Dodge Shadow gives fuel codes but runs fine

94 Dodge Shadow gives fuel codes but runs fine
My brother just brought home a 94 Dodge Shadow. On the way home it threw a CEL. We flipped the ignition and it gave:
12, 51, 21, 55
Which, to me, reads -
12: Owner disconnected the battery to clear the code.
51: Lean Fuel Mix
21: O2 sensor problem
55: EOM
Thing is, the car seems to me like it's running fine. Low revs or high, hot or cold, there's no sputtering, stalling, flooding, or power loss. No trouble starting.
Whaddya'll think?
