Post 1987 Dodge 600 starting/running issues

New to the site and i need some help...I have a 1987 Dodge 600 with 78,000 miles.

I bought it knowing it had a running issue. I was told the car would drive until it got warm and it would just shut off while driving, after letting it sit for about 5-10 minutes it would start up again and drive for awhile then repeat.

When i drove it home it had no issues and i drove it for about 45 miles with not a single problem. After letting it sit a couple days the problem finally happened when i drove again. Happened 2 times and fine after that.
Turns over just fine, just does not want to start.

Now the car will start and run for about 3 seconds then shut off. Wait about 30-45 minutes and it will do it again. does not stay running.
The following items have been replaced in hopes of fixing the issue.
-coil, distributer cap, rotor, and plug wires, new battery.

I have not gotten the codes from the car yet but i will in the next day or 2.

Anyone ever had a similar issue or know what I should try next?
