Interchangeable parts

Will the k car stuff fit a dodge spirit, like seats and suspension etc. Kinda like the fox platform for ford. I just got this thing and the interior is shot to hell. I'd like to fix it up a bit.

Spirit/Acclaim/Lebaron (sedan) for interior parts.

They're usually pretty easy to find in yards.
