From what I've been able to find out the 3.0 came with two flavors of injectors the Nikki 212cc or 19lbs/hr and the Bosch 308 or 28lb/hr injector both are high impedence 14.2 or 14.4 ohms. I just installed some bosch 30lbs/hr injectors that I got at a really good price 225.00 for 8 injectors. Was having lots of misfires and stumbling cause my Nikki 212's were leaking badly. Installed the 30lb/hrs and problems disappeared. Car is driving great but will let you know if I have any problems down the road. It was super easy to replace them. A buddy and I did it in about an hour and actually he did most of the work. I had thought about doing the 5spd swap but had heard that the the manual tranny for the 3.0 was kinda weak and that the Auto was actually stronger.

If the auto tranny in the shadow is the same as in the caravan, I wouldn't put my money on it being reliable, especially the higher they get in mileage.

The transmission for the V6 is identical to the one in the 4 bangers internally, so I don't understand where reliability between the two would be different... The V6 doesn't put out THAT much more power than it's 4 cylinder counterparts.

As far as the 30lb injectors go, sounds like a good idea. Being in Germany, it's dead simple to get Bosch stuff at a decent price.
