Default cfm head flow rates

I need the flow rates for a stock 782 swirl head, these flows have to be at maximum lift, and on top of with i need all the stock cam shaft specs, adv duration, dur @ max lift, overlap, lobe sep, lobe centerline, etc but over lap is the most important next to max lift.. this is very important to my engine blue prints..

Like I said in my last post, you need to keep an eye on your valve lift, or valve clearance may become an issue. If you do go that route, just hope that your timing belt NEVER breaks. (oh well, i suppose 2.5 engines are plentiful in the junkyard nowadays.)

Also, if you plan on running that much lift, I would go and get yourself a turbo cylinder head or the valve springs, the valves on that head are designed to take much more punishment than the stock TBI valves.

go check out http://www.fwdperformance.com/ you can get a set of brand new turbo valve springs from there.
