Default Ignition coil

1989 Dodge Dynasty 3.0 liter
I have no start / no spark.

Ignition coil is DIAMOND brand.
Primary circuit specs: 0.97-1.18;my result 1.2
Secondary circuit specs: 11.0 - 15.3 ; my result 17.2.

Is my coil incapable of providing secondary spark?

Coils fail so rarely, I would usually check the ballast resistor first. Glad you found the problem.

No ballast resistors, Coil gets power from the the ASD rely.
