Post Will not shut off.

Hey guys, I got a very weird one here. As we all know very well, the Dodge and Plymouths were all made by Daimler-Chrysler.

So here's my snag. One of my customers came in and said she is having a slurry of problems with her '93 Acclaim. I did the key dance, got only one code. Prom/Memcal failure. Confirmed error with scanner and error was correct. Obviously replace PCM. Got a "new" from RA installed it, and got a slurry of codes. Alternator, AIC and VSS. Well, tested all those, and yeah those were toast. Replaced those, took the car for a test drive, worked great. Shut the car off, all problems solved.

Customer comes to pick up her car, and when we bring her car out to the front and shut it off, it doesn't shut off. ASD is working in my '93 Shadow no probs, so we try that relay from my Shadow, no change.

Quickly Swap her new PCM with my old Shadow PCM and it works as intended, with the exception of my speedometer issue. (Tells me I need a new PCM)

Put her new PCM in my car and start it up, shut it down, but it keeps running. Obviously at this point, return PCM for warranty replacement.

Replacement comes in, I test it in her car first, same damn thing!

As a mechanic shop owner, Obviously we tested the wires and the grounds, can't find any bleed through or shorts.
Here's the kicker. When we want to turn off either of the cars with the replacement PCM we have to shut the car off like normal, then pull the head light plunger to turn on the headlights. It doesn't work with any other lights, just the headlights. Wiring Diagrams all show that the DRL Module could be a culprit, so disconnect that to check for back-feed. Nope, no difference.

Has anyone else had this? The closest I could find was a guy named Art who has a '93 Spirit that went to JustAsk.
