I'm trying to get the belt off of this thing. I've gotten the special tool from autozone that has the small sockets and crows feet. When I put the tool on the bolt in the center of the pully it seems like I'm going to break/strip the bolt if I put any more pressure. We've sprayed liquid wrench on it and are letting it soak in right now.

 

I always have hated the damned tensioner pulleys.
