Default Tranny rebuilt

Got the mechanic to fix the tranny, cost me $400, he put in new clutch, seals. Works great now.

Yeah, we'll see how long it lasts, I asked him if it'd last at least 100 000KM, he started laughing and said "you have high hopes".

Thats pretty sad really, I mean the only reason the trans went out in my car is that I beat on it a bit. Anyhow it had about 152k miles on it when it went out. Why pay for something that isnt gonna last? I mean sh*t you coulda got one from the junkyard and had it last a long time...Know what I mean?

yeah really though, its just a money pit I think. When this tranny goes, thats it, I'am done with the car, and I'll try and find something else, not worth rebuilding it again.
