My hinge on my center console compartment door broke, you know the one between the two seats, and you press a botton, and it opens up. Well, it broke a few days ago, and today I got the compartment out of the car to fix it. But I dont know what to do, because I think there are rivets holding the compartment together, instead of screws, any ideas? Nevermind, I just found out the problem, the little hook that holds the compartment door shut snapped off, anywheres I could get a new one? the parts car has the same problem.

 

when i bought my sundance it had the same problem the consol lid was stuck open cuz the latch broke, so i just took the lid off, used a flat head and basically broke the spring so it stays down all the time, lol worked for me

 

I came across one p body that didn't have an broken tab and thats the one I'm driving now. Stange since the car body got 211,xxx miles on it.
