Timing Mark?

Default Timing Mark?

Does anybody know where the timing mark is on the 2.2 motor. I want to advance my timing to 15 degrees but i dont know where the timing mark is. Thanx for any info.

There a plug in the tranny. Pull it out and hook a timing light up on #1 cylinder. Unplug the temp sensor for the best results.

auto will be further away from the flywheel. Since the mark is on the torque converter. But they both have them.

So what do i have to do? Get inside the tranny if it is on the torque converter?

Just as an update, my buddy had a timing light so we checked it and it was set between 14 and 15 already. So i think its fine as long as I fill up with 93, it just runs better on 93.
