Default Help me locate my '85 Dodge Aries LE 2.2 Voltage Regulator

My battery isn't getting any charge, and I just replaced my Alternator. I bought a new voltage regulator (EVR) from schucks for my '85 Dodge Aries LE Fuel Inj 2.2L .

But I can't find the Voltage Regulator! Does anyone know where it is?

The Chilton manal says, "2.6L engines have an integral regulator, and all '88-'95 alternators are regulated by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), and that other 2.2L or 2.5L engines "may" in corporate a separate regulator on the inner fender or on the firewall."
AutoZone.com says that the EVR is, "Under hood, passenger side, front side of strut tower, mounted on fenderwell."
I can't find it for the life of me. I even tried to follow the jumper harness from the Alternator leads but it just leads to the driver side fenderwell near the Power Module.
Any suggestions?
