1996 Black Custom Dodge Ram Step Side

This is a 1996 Dodge Ram Laramie with a custom Fiberglass Bed.
Has anyone ever seen one of these before?

I'm not seeing the pics? Is it a modified Chevy stepside bed with dodge taillights? I've seen a few of those around Houston.
