1995 Black Dodge Dakota single cab 5.9L 360CID 5-speed manual
As requested,
Here is my 1995 Dakota.
She has been changed a bit.....
Engine:
V8 360CID 5.9L with a mild cam
Equal length headers, 3 core radiator, high flow water pump, electric fan, AC deleted, K&N
Transmission:
5-Speed Manual with heavier "race style" clutch
Rear end:
Out of a 1972 Challenger. Posi with 3:91 gears
Suspension:
Cal-Trax out back to keep the rear end planted (ish)
Broken engine mount
worn out transmission mount
Body Modifications:
2" cowl hood
Brushed satin Cobra style rims
4" wheel studs on the rear to accomadate to run wider slicks
Rear bumper delete
Lowered 1/2" inch
Inside grill delete
Adjustable race style bucket seats
I'm sure there are a few things that I'm missing. All of these mods were completed before I got the truck. I haven't got it on the dyno yet or out to the track. The truck needs some TLC before that happens. But it's a work in progress.
