Question need some help!

I have a 2007 dodge ram 1500 reg cab v6. I want to put on some bigger tires but I have no clue what my truck is capable of pulling, I just got it as a highschool grad gift and would like to put some better tires on because of the rough and ever changing levees of louisiana

Check into tire ratings. If you look on the tires after the size it will have a letter, generally t thru z. Then google which rating is best for power pulling. I can tell you z is more for speed kind of performance, and the closer to a you go, the softer the rubber. Don't forget pulling isn't just about having the right tires but having the right equipment under the hood and in your drivetrain.
Hope this helps!
