1987 w 150
New here,
I have a 1987 W150 4x4 with a 5.2 L and 4speed truck. My gas tank has all sorts of junk, rust etc in it. What is a good resourse to find a cross reference for a aluminum or plastic tank. I also want to find out about a possible engine swap, 360 or 440. Is there a site or book that I can get the info from? Like what years can be used for my truck for replacement parts?

you can stick just about any old style dodge engine you want. you just have to make sure it is for a truck because they usually have a rear sump oil pan instead of a front sump oil pan like on the cars. as far as gas tanks go it should be plastic so you should just be able to rinse it out if there is crap in it.
